The project is located in Ruwais, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The whole development consisted of 8 Guest House buildings, a mosque, an amenity center and service blocks which would serve as an accommodation facility for ADNOC staff and guests. Mustadam has provided sustainability consultancy services for achieving Estidama 2 Pearl Building Rating system as well as LEED Gold Certification.
