AMAALA Staff Village

AMAALA Staff Village

AMAALA, the ultra-luxury destination located along Saudi Arabia’s north-western coast. The AMAALA Staff Village is located on the Red Sea coast, approximately 13 km north of the wider Triple Bay masterplan, and will accommodate nearly 20,000 employees. Sustainability is a cornerstone of AMAALA, where the whole facilities will be powered by 100% renewable energy, resulting saving in CO2 emissions equivalent to nearly half a million tons each year. The destination will operate with a zero-carbon footprint once fully operational. The overall project achieved the attempted Mostadam target of Gold Rating, along with complying with any relevant Saudi Building code sustainability KPIs.
