Estidama is a holistic framework created by the UPC Abu Dhabi to direct the course of sustainable development within the Emirates. The framework seeks to assure that sustainability is continually addressed through four key pillars: environmental, economic, social and cultural.

Since the introduction of Estidama in 2010, Mustadam has consulted on many related projects across Abu Dhabi including government buildings, schools and communities.
