The GRDI Warehouses consists of a two-storey office building with a single storey warehouse in addition to external landscaping. The project is located in Masdar City and is designed and constructed to achieve 3 Pearl Estidama Rating while committing to Masdar’s Third Party Development Design requirement guidelines.
