The project, one of the first few in Saudi Arabia to attempt Mostadam Rating, consists of ten residential buildings with one- and two-bedroom apartments, two floors with outdoor space, and common assembly halls for social events, located near shoreline and featuring different landscape elements and outdoor amenity facilities. This project consists of a prefabricated lodging structure with related amenities and infrastructure. Mustadam has supported the client for providing sustainability & environmental consultancy services to achieve MOSTADAM Gold Rating for Design and Construction (D+C) for a total of ten Residential Studio Buildings, alongwith complying with relevant Saudi Building code sustainability KPIs.
